Maybe you know (or maybe you don't), but there is something called IP Address, which is a unique identification number attached to every single internet connection.

Every time you use an app or browse the Internet, your IP address is transmitted and can be stored by them. In fact, almost 100% of the apps and websites store this information, as it is considered basic identifiable information.

For example, right now you are browsing our website and we know that your IP address is: 3.145.163.26 (don't worry, you are protected by our Privacy Policy and we don't store this information).

Only with an IP address, it is not possible to discover the identity of a person, but certain relevant data can be known. The most important of them is the internet provider, which is the company that provides the internet service.

By knowing which is the company with which the person we want to discover their identity has contracted the internet, and what is the identification number (IP address) of their internet connection, we simply have to access the internal records of said company and look for the client data. In this way, we can retrieve all of the following information:

• Full name.
• Home address.
• Phone number.
• ID number and perhaps a scanned copy as well.

To simplify the process for our clients, we offer this service as one, but it is actually the combination of 2 services.

First of all, we have to hack the fake / anonymous profile, because we have to find out what the person's IP address is, and the only way we can do this is by hacking the profile and retrieving this information from inside.

This means that if you, for example, want to discover the identity of an email account, we must hack the email. If you want to discover the identity of an Instagram profile, we must hack the Instagram, and so on.

In case of requesting the service with proof before payment, we will send you the proof that corresponds to the service for hacking the profile (for this, you must read the Service Contract of said service to know what the proof is). Besides, we will tell you what the person's IP address is, but we won't give you any of their personal information until your payment is received.

After receiving your payment, we will give you all the personal information of the person behind the fake / anonymous profile and, since we also have the profile password, we will give it to you, so that you can do whatever you want with it.

As soon as your order is received, we will start working on it immediately and you will be given an order secret code with which you can track the status of your order in real time through this link: Order Tracking. From that moment on, we will delay up to 15 hours (usually less, but this is the worse case scenario) to discover the identity of the fake or anonymous profile.

If you paid upfront, we will send you the information immediately as soon as we get it.

If you asked for a proof before paying, as soon as the identity is discovered, we will send you the proof, and from that moment, you will have a maximum of 12 hours to make the payment and, as soon as your payment is received, we will immediately deliver your order. However, if you delay more than 12 hours to make the payment, you will have to pay double the price of the service as a fine.

Don't say we didn't warn you: If this is your first time using bitcoin and you also want to receive a proof before paying, you must have the bitcoins prepared before requesting our service, in order to avoid making us work and then generate problems with the payment. Remember there's a deadline to pay after receiving the proof and that, in case of delay, you will have to pay a fine with no exception. This isn't just about preventing uncomfortable situations but also out of respect for our time and work: prepare yourself before requesting a service.

There are no more payment methods. If there were, we'd be glad to tell you, but there aren't. Insistence or questions about it are considered an insult to us and our work.

Once an order has been placed, it won't be possible to cancel it. If you are not sure if you really want the service, then don't order anything yet. Don't act impulsively and irresponsibly. Relax and think if you really want it. No one is forcing you to place an order. If you do, it will be of your own free will, and you can't repent later.

There is no deadline for regret. There have been people who write to us after a few minutes of placing an order and consider that the short time that has elapsed is a valid reason to cancel it. It doesn't matter if you placed your order just a second ago, you can't cancel it anyway. Instead of placing an order and regret after a few minutes, better take those minutes to think before acting.

This rule also applies to modifications. Double check the information and make sure you send us the correct one. If you make a mistake (ie: you give us an incorrect profile), that is going to be your problem, and you will have to pay for it anyway.
