Do's and Don'ts

At Puxko, we offer a wide range of hacking services and are committed to serving you for various purposes. However, to ensure uninterrupted and secure operations, we have established certain limits, which are outlined in this document.

Our business

People often ask how we are able to offer these services publicly. The answer is simple: we avoid targeting big fish and steer clear of high-level offenses or matters related to political agendas or influential lobbying groups.

You are always welcome to reach out to us and inquire about your case to determine whether your request is acceptable. Our boundaries when accepting orders are quite simple, and we'll list them below.

What about laws?

Discussing laws is particularly challenging, as they vary from country to country and even between regions or states. Some countries lack a legal framework regarding hacking altogether, while others have laws that are too weak to justify the substantial costs associated with a cyber investigation—especially if no major individuals or companies are involved, and no significant crime has been committed (see our lists above).

At Puxko, we are neither law enforcement officers nor judges, and we refuse to assume a role that does not align with our responsibilities. It is not our job to judge others or act as an authoritative force.

As a fully virtual company with no geographical establishment, Puxko cannot be held accountable for any actions nor has any obligation to respond to any authority. Their ability to issue orders is limited to their own territorial jurisdiction, and we operate outside of them.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) recognizes privacy as a fundamental human right under Article 12, and it takes precedence over any local laws or legislation. As such, we do not store any information about our website visitors, nor do we retain any details of orders once they have been completed and delivered. Consequently, we are unable to respond to or collaborate with any authority, should the need arise, as we do not retain any relevant information that could be shared in the event of an investigation. Furthermore, they have no jurisdiction over us.

Boundaries violation

If a customer requests a service that violates our established boundaries, we will simply reject the request and provide an explanation for the rejection (which may include a link to this page). No further action will be taken against the customer beyond the rejection of their order.

In the event of a sophisticated violation, where the customer conceals their true intentions and attempts to deceive us into processing an order that violates our boundaries, Puxko reserves the right to cancel the order at any time, without prior notice. In such cases, if payment has already been made, it will not be refunded. If the order has not yet been paid, the customer will be required to complete the payment and will not receive any service in return.

Failure to make payment for a canceled order due to a boundary violation will result in immediate action on our part. This may include contacting the affected party to inform them of the customer's request, notifying relevant authorities, and, in the event of a public complaint from the customer, responding to it and disclosing the order details to ensure transparency.

It is important to emphasize that once a service has been completed and delivered, all data will be permanently erased from our systems, and no record of any negotiation or communication between the client and Puxko will be retained.
