Review Guidelines

At Puxko, we promote free speech and respect. Any customer who has used our services is welcome to leave a public review without censorship. However, reviews must be based on genuine experiences and follow basic, straightforward rules of courtesy and dignity.

1 Genuine Reviews

All reviews must be authentic, meaning they are submitted by real, verified customers.

Allowing anonymous users to submit reviews is a common mistake made by many businesses and websites. Without legitimacy validation, anyone could submit fake reviews: service providers could post false positive reviews about themselves, while competitors might post negative reviews about rival businesses.

To prevent this, Puxko requires customers to enter their "Order Secret Code" when submitting a review. This code is provided to all customers upon placing an order and is used to reference the order as well as access the Order Tracking section, where customers can follow their order status in real time.

By providing the Order Secret Code, the reviewer is verified as a legitimate customer — someone who has actually placed and completed an order. Without this code, a review cannot be submitted.

It’s important to note that the Order Secret Code will always remain private. It is used solely to verify the authenticity of the reviewer. Once the review has been verified, the code will not be stored or displayed publicly.

2 Time-Sensitive

As outlined in the Privacy & Cookies statement, when a customer places an order, Puxko only collects the essential information needed to fulfill the service. Once the service is completed, Puxko deletes all non-essential details and records associated with the order. Consequently, if a customer attempts to submit a review long after their order has been completed, it is likely to fail, as the Order Secret Code would have been removed from Puxko's system, preventing them from verifying their identity as a legitimate customer.

Therefore, it is required that any individual wishing to submit a review do so within 24 hours of completing their order.

3 Names

All reviews must include a name. This name does not have to be the same as the person submitting the review. Reviewers are allowed to use an alias or pseudonym to protect their privacy. The primary purpose of providing a name is to make the review feel more human and aesthetic, while respecting individuals' wishes to remain anonymous.

However, the names must still be "natural," meaning they should be real-world names. Acceptable names must consist solely of letters, with no numbers, spaces, or symbols, and should be a minimum of three letters in length. Examples of acceptable names include: Peter, Victoria, Helena, and Eddy.

Names from fictional characters (e.g., Voldemort, Gatsby, Beowulf, Dracula), composed names (e.g., Jean-Paul, Sofia Elise), or artistic aliases (e.g., K@lidoscope, S0ulCraft, Cypher$ix) will not be accepted.

4 Manners

Freedom of speech is guaranteed. Reviewers have the right to express their opinions, whether positive or negative. No business will consistently receive only positive feedback; bad experiences are expected and natural, and reviewers can share their thoughts freely. However, this freedom of speech is bounded by the principles of respect and good manners.

In summary, every review will be allowed, regardless of its content, as long as it does not contain insults, incite violence, threaten individuals, or include racist or xenophobic language.

5 Language

A review must be submitted in a language supported by Puxko. Currently, Puxko offers its services in three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

If a review is submitted in a language that is not supported, it will still be accepted; however, it will be automatically translated into one of the supported languages (typically English) using an AI Translation Service.

This translation will remain faithful to the original text, preserving every word without rephrasing. As a result, there may be some misunderstandings if the original review includes local slang, which could sound odd when translated into another language.

6 Length

Reviews must be short and concise, getting straight to the point.

Storytelling is not permitted to prevent overly long and tedious reviews. Instead, reviews should focus on the quality of the service: Was it performed accurately? Were all terms and conditions met? Did any issues arise during the process?

Research shows that people generally prefer shorter, more concise online reviews. One study analyzing a large dataset of Amazon reviews found that shorter reviews received more "helpful" votes from readers. This indicates a clear consumer preference for straightforward reviews over lengthy narratives with excessive details.

Therefore, reviews must be concise, with a minimum length of 30 characters and a maximum length of 350 characters.
