Acceptable Use Policy

At Puxko, we offer a wide range of hacking services and are committed to serving you for various purposes. However, to ensure uninterrupted and secure operations, we have established certain limits, which are outlined in this document.

Our business

People often ask how we are able to offer hacking services so openly and why no one shuts our website down. The answer is quite simple: we avoid targeting the big fish and steer clear of high-level offenses or matters tied to political agendas, influential lobbying groups, or anything likely to attract mainstream media attention.

Prohibited use

Generally speaking, we do not undertake any services that could cause harm — whether physical, economic, or emotional — to any individual, company, institution, or organization. This includes, but is not limited to:

Prohibitions take precedence

If a customer's goal is listed within the Allowed Use section, or not explicitly listed but reasonably assumed to be allowed, that does not exempt them from complying with the prohibitions.

For example, if someone wishes to perform an investigation (which is allowed), but their target is a minor not under their care, that request would be prohibited. While investigations are permitted, targeting minors who are not their own children or under their custody is explicitly forbidden.

The rule is simple and must always be remembered: allowances do not override prohibitions.

AI Agents

A commonly asked question is: how can we enforce this policy without sneaking into our customers' orders? Many people believe the only way to confirm whether a customer has ordered something prohibited is by accessing the hacked or monitored account or device and looking through it. However, this is false.

We use a specially trained and private AI Agent to scan all accounts and/or devices requested by our customers. No human ever accesses the content. We always respect our customers' privacy: both their own and that of the account or device involved.

Our AI Agent is simply a bot (a piece of code) that scans all files and data in search of prohibited content. If it detects such material, it automatically sends a notification to our team.

Once our team receives a notification from the AI Agent indicating the detection of infringing content, the order is immediately placed on hold, and the customer is contacted for clarification.

In most cases, the situation can be resolved after communicating with the customer, unless malicious intent or hostility is detected on their part.

If a customer is contacted by our Legal & Compliance Team regarding the detection of infringing content, it is strongly advised to remain polite and respond honestly to any inquiry.

A situation can always be resolved when there is good conduct and honesty from the customer's side.

Policy violation

If a customer requests a service that violates our established Acceptable Use Policy, we will simply reject the order and provide an explanation for the rejection (which may include a link to this page). No further action will be taken against the customer beyond the rejection of their order.

In the event of a sophisticated violation, where the customer conceals their true intentions and attempts to deceive us into processing an order that breaches our boundaries, Puxko reserves the right to cancel the order at any time, without prior notice. In such cases, if payment has already been made, it will not be refunded. If the order has not yet been paid, the customer will still be required to complete the payment and will not receive any service in return.

Failure to make payment for a canceled order due to a policy violation will result in immediate action on our part. This may include contacting the affected party to inform them of the customer's request, notifying the relevant authorities, and, in the event of a public complaint from the customer, responding publicly and disclosing the order details to ensure full transparency.

Anyone looking to place an order but unsure whether their request is acceptable can present their case to our team beforehand for confirmation. However, if their goal is listed within the Allowed Use list and there are no hidden malicious intentions, it should be assumed to be allowed.
