Cash App
Cash App is a very popular app in the United States, and many people may already know or use it. With Cash App, you can buy, store, and send Bitcoin, making it easy to pay for our services. However, your account must be ID verified, which is not always the case, and you must have a balance in your account or a linked debit card. To ensure timely payment, please complete up to Step 3 before requesting our services.
1 Install Cash App
You may already know Cash App, as it is one of the most popular apps in the United States. You might even have it installed and use it in your daily life.
Even if you are a Cash App user, we recommend reading this guide fully, as there may be features or settings related to Bitcoin that you haven’t enabled or activated yet.
To get started, download the app if you haven’t already. Search for it on your phone’s app store or click the appropriate image below:
Once downloaded and installed, create a new account.
2 Link a debit card
Now that your Cash App account is created, you need to link a debit card to buy Bitcoin. This card will be used to pay for your purchases.
To link a debit card, follow these instructions:
- Open the app.
- Tap your Profile Icon.
- Select "Linked Banks".
- Choose "Link Debit Card".
- Enter your debit card information and confirm.
Your debit card is now linked to your account.
3 ID Verification
To buy and withdraw Bitcoin, Cash App requires your account to be ID Verified using a driver’s license or passport. If you are new to Cash App, you will need to complete this step. Existing users may already be verified, but not necessarily.
Follow these steps to check your verification status and complete it if needed:
- Tap the Profile Icon on the Cash App home screen.
- Choose "Security & Privacy".
- Go to the "Identity verification" section. If verified, it will say "Verified".
- If not verified, select "Verify" and follow the instructions.
Important: Complete this step before using our services to avoid payment delays. While ID verification is usually completed within minutes, it can occasionally take up to one day.
4 Buying Bitcoin
When transferring Bitcoin to us, a small transfer fee applies. This fee, usually $2–$5, is always paid by the customer. To cover this, add an extra $5 to your purchase amount.
If your Cash App account is verified and has a balance or a linked debit card, follow these steps to buy Bitcoin:
- Tap the "Money tab" on the Cash App home screen.
- Tap the Bitcoin tile.
- Tap "Buy".
- Enter the dollar amount to buy Bitcoin, adding $5 to cover transfer fees.
- Enter your PIN or Touch ID and tap "Confirm".
Your Bitcoins will now appear in your Cash App Bitcoin wallet.
5 Make payment
Your Bitcoins will remain safely in Cash App until you need to pay for our services.
When ready, transfer the Bitcoins from your Cash App wallet to our Bitcoin address.
If you already have an order, find our Bitcoin address in the Order Tracking section. If you don’t have an order yet, contact us to get our Bitcoin address.
To transfer Bitcoin from Cash App:
- Tap the "Money tab" on the Cash App home screen.
- Tap the Bitcoin tile.
- Tap the Send/Receive button (usually a two-arrow icon), then choose "Send".
- Enter our Bitcoin address.
- Select "Priority" as withdrawal speed.
- Tap "Confirm and send" to complete the transfer.
Done! Your Bitcoins have been sent to our wallet.
