2 Sign up

Once the app is installed, it’s time to create your account.

The registration process is simple and similar to creating an account on any other website or app. You just need to follow the on-screen instructions.

After registering, Binance will ask you to verify your identity. This means you will need to upload a photo of your ID and possibly take a selfie for confirmation. Just follow the instructions provided in the app. Once this is completed, your account will be fully verified and ready to use.

If you have any problems during the registration or verification process, or if you need help at any moment, please feel free to contact us.

Identity verification is required by law. As a legally registered company, Binance must follow anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-terrorism financing regulations. Your reason for buying bitcoin remains private. Bitcoin transactions are anonymous and cannot be traced back to us. However, Binance must verify that the money used comes from your own bank account or card, and not from someone else. This is a legal requirement and does not affect your privacy.

3 Buying bitcoin

It is very important to understand that Binance is a private company that provides a paid service. They charge a 10% commission on your bitcoin purchase. This commission is always paid by the customer. This means that you must pay 10% more than the amount of bitcoin you want to receive. To calculate this easily, just open your calculator and multiply the amount you want to buy by 1.10. The result will be the total amount you need to pay, including the commission.

Now that your account is ready, follow these simple steps to buy bitcoin:

  1. Open the app and tap the "Add Funds" button.
  2. Select the option "Buy with USD".
  3. From the list of available cryptocurrencies, choose "Bitcoin - BTC".
  4. Enter the amount of money you want to spend on bitcoin, then tap "Select Payment Method".
  5. Choose your preferred payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.

Once the transaction is successful, your bitcoin will appear in your Binance wallet. At the bottom of your screen, you will see a menu. Tap on the wallet icon on the right side, usually labeled "Portfolio" or "Assets", depending on your app version. This is where your bitcoin is stored.

That's it! If you've completed these steps successfully, you now own bitcoin. Congratulations!

4 Make the payment

For now, you can safely keep your bitcoin inside your Binance account. When it is time to make the payment, you will need to send those bitcoins to our Bitcoin address.

If you already have an order with us, you can find our Bitcoin address in the Order Tracking area. If you do not have an order yet and want to make an upfront payment, you can contact us and we will provide our Bitcoin address to you.

To send bitcoin from your Binance account, follow these steps carefully:

  1. Open the Binance app.
  2. Look at the menu at the bottom of your screen and tap on the wallet icon, labeled "Portfolio" or "Assets".
  3. Tap the button that says "Send" or "Take Out", depending on your app version.
  4. Select "On-Chain Withdraw" or simply "Withdraw".
  5. Tap on "BTC - Bitcoin". If you don’t see it, type "BTC" in the search bar.
  6. In "Address / Invoice", paste our Bitcoin address.
  7. In "Network", select "Bitcoin".
  8. In "Amount", enter how much Bitcoin you want to send, or tap "Max" to send everything.
  9. Tap "Withdraw".
  10. Review the details carefully and confirm the transaction.
  11. Done. The transaction will be sent and we will receive the Bitcoin in our wallet.

Occasionally, Binance may display a warning when you try to withdraw Bitcoin. This usually happens with new accounts. If you recently created your account, bought Bitcoin, and immediately try to send it, Binance shows a warning to protect users from scams. Many scams exist where people are tricked into sending crypto to fake investments. Because of this, Binance treats first-time withdrawals with extra caution. This warning is automatic and generic. Binance does not know who you are sending the Bitcoin to. The same warning would appear for any address. In some cases, they may temporarily block the withdrawal for up to 1 hour. If that happens, you will be able to send the Bitcoin after that time.
