Azteco is a platform where you can buy Bitcoin in person using cash at many stores. It is ideal for people who want complete privacy, because no personal data is required during the process. We strongly recommend buying your Bitcoin before using our service to avoid payment delays. Remember, you will need to go in person to a store during their opening hours to complete the cash payment.
1 Start a purchase
It is very important to understand that Azteco is a private company that provides a paid service. They charge a 10% commission on your Bitcoin purchase. This commission is always paid by the customer. This means that you must pay 10% more than the amount of Bitcoin you want to receive. To calculate this easily, just open your calculator and multiply the amount you want to buy by 1.10. The result will be the total amount you need to pay, including the commission.

Once there, click on "Buy from Azteco".
You will be redirected to a page that looks like a chat with Azteco's Bot.
Enter the amount of money you want to spend on Bitcoin. Make sure it covers the price of our service and remember to include the 10% commission.
Next, Azteco will ask you to enter your email address twice. Use an email you can access, because after your payment, Azteco will send a QR Code to this email. This QR Code represents your Bitcoin.
After entering your email, click the "Continue" button to proceed to payment.
2 Pay for the Bitcoins
You will be redirected to the payment page, which shows the available payment options.
Usually, only cash payments in person are accepted. In some countries, online payments may also be available. All options will be shown on the screen.
Choose the payment method you prefer and follow Azteco's instructions to complete the payment.
After paying, return to the payment page and click "I’ve completed my payment". This tells the system that your payment is done, so Azteco can validate it and deliver your Bitcoins.
If you closed the payment page, don’t worry. Azteco should have sent an order confirmation email when you started. The email contains a link to the payment page, so you can access it anytime.
Once your payment is confirmed, wait for Azteco to process your order. This usually takes 10–60 minutes. Then, you will receive an email with your Bitcoin in the form of a QR Code.
Check both your inbox and spam folder, since sometimes emails are flagged incorrectly.
The email will contain a QR Code representing the Bitcoin you purchased.
If you don’t know what to do with this QR Code yet, don’t worry. The next step explains how to use it to pay us.
3 Make the payment to us
At this point, you should have purchased your Bitcoin on Azteco, completed the payment, and received the QR Code by email.
Treat this QR Code like something valuable, because it represents your Bitcoin. Do not lose it.
When it is time to pay for our service, simply share this QR Code with us. That's all.
By sharing the QR Code, you give us access to the Bitcoin stored in it, which allows us to receive the payment.
Each QR Code can be used only once. In the future, if you buy Bitcoin again or hire another service, you will receive a new QR Code.
